The Nymphs
The Nymphs
In Mythology according to Greek legend, the Nymphs were divine Spirits depicted as free spirits that personify nature and were admired as nubile young women who loved to sing and dance and embrace the joy of life. They were considered to have taken various forms associated with mountains, forests and the sea. Their amorous nature and sense of freedom set them apart from other deities with a certain wildness and an indomitable spirit.
The necklace is a symbol of freedom and independence. The coloured cabochon tourmalines attached to the chain are reflective of the complex diversity of nature. A statement of the pride and confidence of being a beautiful woman.
